Every Controller Fully Refurbished
Every controller we sell is fully disassembled and refurbished before it leaves our shop. All plastic components are thoroughly washed and cleaned, then completely dried before reassembly. While the controller is apart, we carefully inspect its internal components for wear and replace parts when necessary, including button membranes, analog stick components, and other commonly worn parts.
Whenever possible, we use original OEM replacement parts. However, because many of these controllers are decades old, genuine replacement parts are not always available. When an OEM part cannot be sourced, we use the best-quality replacement components we can find and carefully test them for proper fit, feel, and performance.
Once everything has been cleaned, inspected, and repaired as needed, the controller is carefully reassembled and fully tested. We put this work into every controller to ensure it feels responsive, functions properly, and plays great from the moment you plug it in.
